How many days does it take to process my order?
We aim to process your order within 1-5 business days. We note it may take longer during busy periods like Christmas, New Years and sale events.

Rebellious Creatures offers FREE shipping worldwide. We deliver our Edgy, Dark & Rebellious fashion to over 200 countries around the world.
As we work with suppliers located around the world including USA, Europe, China and Australia, we may deliver your order in several packages to make sure your products reach you as soon as possible.
How long does shipping take?
Rebellious Creatures' FREE worldwide shipping normally takes between 2-4 weeks, however, please expect delays of up to 1 month due to supply chain disruptions by the coronavirus. We note that it can take longer depending on the custom's process in your country and during holiday periods like Christmas, New Year and sales events.
Do you provide tracking information?
We offer tracking information for the majority of our orders. You will receive an email containing your tracking information once your order has shipped. You should expect to receive your order tracking information within 5 days of order processing.
If your order contains multiple packages, you will receive a shipping confirmation for every package.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with title "A shipment from order #xxxxx is on the way".
Within this email, click on the navy button "View your order" then you will land on your order status page where you can track your order. Your tracking number will look like following, click on your tracking number to follow the progress of your package.

My tracking says "no information available at the moment"
For some shipping companies, it can take 3-6 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was processed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at email@example.com.
What about customs duty and charges?
We are not responsible for any customs duty and charges once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees payable by you when they arrive in your country.
What is your refund policy?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For more information, see our full Refund Policy.
I received a notification that my order has been delivered by I cannot see it in my mailbox?
Your package could be at your local post office or it could have been left with a neighbour if you were not home when the package was delivered. You can contact the courier stated in your order tracking with your tracking number, they are best placed to tell you about the status of your order.
What currency do you accept?
Our online store payment system accepts USD. Other currencies are also accepted via PayPal, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this before you place your order.
